Sofia Hepburn
MBACP Integrative Psychotherapist and ICF Accredited Life Coach
Sofia offers a compassionate and personalised approach, supporting clients with a wide range of emotional, psychological and personal challenges, as well as those seeking support with ADHD.
As an integrative psychotherapist, Sofia works with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences who may be navigating anxiety, low mood, stress, low self esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, past experiences or simply wanting to understand themselves more deeply. Sofia draws on psychodynamic, humanistic and CBT approaches, tailoring therapy to each client’s individual needs. This may involve exploring past experiences and underlying patterns, developing greater awareness of thoughts and emotions, and using practical strategies to support change in everyday life. At the heart of her work is a warm, compassionate and collaborative therapeutic relationship, where clients can feel heard, understood and supported.
Alongside her therapeutic work, Sofia has a particular understanding of the unique challenges and strengths associated with ADHD. Through through her work as an ICF-accredited life coach, Sofia supports clients in developing a greater understanding of themselves while finding practical ways to navigate areas such as focus, prioritisation and organisation, time management, problem solving, stress management and impulse control. Sofia also supports clients in building confidence and self esteem, strengthening communication and relationships, overcoming obstacles and working towards personal goals.
Her approach recognises each person as an individual, creating space for both deeper exploration and practical support, with the aim of helping clients move towards a life that feels more fulfilling, manageable and authentic.
